{"id":878,"date":"2018-10-04T07:47:00","date_gmt":"2018-10-04T07:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.cercledecultura.org\/lluis_pasqual_teatre_lliure_vinyet_panyella\/"},"modified":"2021-02-23T09:33:41","modified_gmt":"2021-02-23T09:33:41","slug":"lluis_pasqual_teatre_lliure_vinyet_panyella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cercledecultura.org\/ca\/lluis_pasqual_teatre_lliure_vinyet_panyella\/","title":{"rendered":"Cas Pasqual: dues acotacions per al debat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lluny de ser una serp d\u2019estiu, el cas de Llu\u00eds Pasqual ha repr\u00e8s amb l\u2019inici de setembre amb tota la intensitat que calia esperar at\u00e8s el que semblava un tancament de circumst\u00e0ncies. Ning\u00fa no pot negar la import\u00e0ncia del treball portat a terme per Pasqual en el medi teatral en la seva llarga i aplaudida traject\u00f2ria. Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 no es discuteix. El \u2018cas\u2019 va esclatar quan, arran de la not\u00edcia de la seva continu\u00eftat en la direcci\u00f3 del Teatre Lliure, una actriu que hi havia col\u00b7laborat l\u2019acusa d\u2019ab\u00fas de poder i de tracte desp\u00f2tic des de les xarxes socials, ocasionant opinions i manifestos a favor i en contra. Despr\u00e9s de la primera embranzida, el Patronat del Lliure va declarar que Pasqual continuaria nom\u00e9s per dos anys per tal de facilitar la renovaci\u00f3 dels estatuts que, entre altres coses, han de determinar com es configura l\u2019acc\u00e9s a la direcci\u00f3 del teatre. Tamb\u00e9 es va saber que \u00c0lex Rigola, membre del Patronat, s\u2019havia mostrat partidari de la limitaci\u00f3 dels mandats i de la paritat en la programaci\u00f3. Fins que el primer de setembre el tema esclata de nou amb l\u2019anunci fet pel mateix Pasqual sobre la seva dimissi\u00f3.\u00a0  De nou s\u2019ha generat un allau d\u2019opinions i comentaris a les xarxes i als mitjans, aquesta vegada amb m\u00e9s contund\u00e8ncia, fins i tot amb lectures pol\u00edtiques al caire de les circumst\u00e0ncies actuals del pa\u00eds. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de posicionaments maximalistes,\u00a0 una de les coses que ha quedat m\u00e9s clares \u00e9s que el cas Pasqual posa damunt la taula temes relatius a la salut cultural del pa\u00eds que, tard o d\u2019hora, s\u2019han de debatre i resoldre. N\u2019extrec dos que em semblen especialment significatius: el poder de les xarxes social en convertir la dial\u00e8ctica en fets, i l\u2019acc\u00e9s a les responsabilitats de comandament en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la cultura.  A les declaracions fetes el 2 de setembre Pasqual es lamentava que les xarxes socials poden destruir qualsevol reputaci\u00f3 i que havien decidit que la propera direcci\u00f3 del Lliure havia de ser per a una dona jove. Totes dues coses s\u00f3n versemblants, amb matisos. A les xarxes s\u2019han forjat no nom\u00e9s reputacions sin\u00f3 aut\u00e8ntiques creacions de personalitat, i algunes amb prou fortuna; hi ha qui ha aconseguit una determinada identitat\u00a0 a base de pres\u00e8ncia, contund\u00e8ncia i const\u00e0ncia, des del fenomen dels influ\u00e8ncers fins a\u00a0 perfils orientats a objectius concrets, tot i que la vida virtual arriba a magnificar fins a la distorsi\u00f3 les aparences. La realitat com a element corrector i de contrast a m\u00e9s de ser tossuda \u00e9s un factor determinant. La destrucci\u00f3 de la reputaci\u00f3 de Pasqual hauria hagut de ser, ha de ser contrastada pels mitjans i els procediments que tota societat o instituci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica t\u00e9 capacitat d\u2019exercir. Era suficient la discussi\u00f3 virtual per malmetre la reputaci\u00f3 d\u2019una personalitat?\u00a0 O, hi havia algun altre problema latent que ha emergit arran del batibull virtual sobre el qual el Lliure s\u2019hauria de pronunciar? \u00c9s suficient una confrontaci\u00f3 de manifestos epid\u00e8rmics a favor o en contra sense contrastar-ne les causes des de la realitat emp\u00edrica del Lliure i del sector teatral? L\u2019atribuci\u00f3 generalitzada del decantament del problema a les xarxes socials prescindint de la realitat em fa l\u2019efecte d\u2019un mutis pel f\u00f2rum.  L\u2019acc\u00e9s a les responsabilitats de comandament al medi cultural \u00e9s un dels grans temes pendents de la praxi de les pol\u00edtiques culturals al nostre pa\u00eds. \u00c9s un fet, com a m\u00ednim, curi\u00f3s que quan la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 s\u2019ha plantejat obertament i en p\u00fablic ha estat quan hi ha hagut canvis de directius que han exercit\u00a0 llargament segons la modalitat de la lliure designaci\u00f3. Un dels casos m\u00e9s singulars va ser el del CCCB quan en van ocupar la direcci\u00f3 els successors de Josep Ramoneda despr\u00e9s de vint-i-dos anys que la mateixa persona hagu\u00e9s estat al front de la instituci\u00f3; llavors es va demanar que el lloc fos cobert per concurs p\u00fablic. Com aquest,\u00a0 d\u2019altres. Val a dir que aquesta modalitat en el sector p\u00fablic i tamb\u00e9 en el privat est\u00e0 cada cop m\u00e9s q\u00fcestionada, que el seu revestiment a trav\u00e9s de requisits sovint no evita l\u2019aparen\u00e7a d\u2019opacitat i que l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia de transpar\u00e8ncia \u00e9s un posicionament de salut democr\u00e0tica afortunadament creixent. .\u00a0  L\u2019exemple dels pa\u00efsos i societats m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ades en la praxi de les pol\u00edtiques culturals presenta models alternatius, complementaris i compatibles a favor dels perfils necessaris per a la professionalitzaci\u00f3 de la cultura. Sovint s\u00f3n formats de concurs p\u00fablic per poder decidir lliurament en favor de la millor candidatura dotats amb eines de precisi\u00f3, com la limitaci\u00f3 o renovaci\u00f3 limitada de mandats, definici\u00f3 d\u2019(in)compatibilitats, curr\u00edculums contrastats o exposici\u00f3 de projectes amb garanties de viabilitat, entre altres. Aquest modus operandi\u00a0 ha estat adoptat en els darrers temps per part d\u2019algunes entitats i institucions culturals i cal esperar que esdevingui praxi generalitzada en els nous contextos de transpar\u00e8ncia.
